"I purchased a vacation package in october this year expecting all the information needed in the travel plan i spent 400 dollars for. Initially i was able to get someone on phone and told i would receive personal email which i was not. I was told info could not be sent by mail which was a lie. I kept talking to the same person month after month and i have gotten no where. I am running out of time and my money has been stolen. This is a scam ooeration and i want to warn everone to stay away from travel options and do not pay them anything. I dont understand why this operation has not been shut down"

"Travel Options does starts off with great customer service, but then once you have purchased a package, their customer service becomes rude. I purchased a package and went on the first trip and went to the talks. During one of the talks the representative didnt like that we asked questions and got angry with us and told us we were rude. We were interested in what they had to say as we like to travel and thought it might be something we would be interested in, but when we wanted to know the specifics they were very vague and wouldnt answer. We did not use the other trip that we purchased and time ran out. I have since been harassed with phone calls. They call at least once a week, when I have time I have answered the phone to ask them to quit calling. They must be told that it is okay to hang up on someone if they ask to quit calling. I have now been hung up on three times and continue to get weekly calls (twice this week and twice I have been hung up on). I have tried to ignore the calls and that doesnt work either. I am going to turn them in for harassment. I would give them a no star rating."
