"I had the same experience as every other 1-star reviewer, do not interact with these shady people. A real travel agency doesn't hide their address and doesn't hide the cost of your trip from you. They call every single person who writes down their phone number, and try to get you excited and positive so you'll say yes to anything. Total scam artists."

"Regardless of the reviews of the people that were not understanding this is a great company. They really work with you. And yes you have to pay for your fees when you win a free cruise but think about it. Your saving over 2000 on the hotel. It's not a bad deal at all! Yes the hotel is free you win that. Total you pay around 670 for two people for a week vacation all inclusive of you book at the wyhndam and it's broken down into payments. And to top it all off the employees are very understanding and get it. They are people too."

"I won a free bahamas vacation Jan 2019. I paid the 4 payments of $69.99, and had plans to wait until mid 2020 to go on my trip. The VIRUS comes around, and now it's not safe for me to use my cruise in 2020. I called them April 2020 to see about a refund. The lady, at the time, offered me either a full refund OR postpone until 2021. At the time, I choose postpone until 2021. Fast forward Oct 2020 and there are STILL many cases of the VIRUS in my area, with no end in sight! I don't feel safe traveling to Bahamas in 2020 OR 2021. I call to request the full refund. I am DENIED. The fact that the VIRUS has made it unsafe for me to travel IS NOT MY FAULT, and yet this company will not refund me. They are scammers and con artists, BE WARE!"

"First I would like to say that for all of the negative comments from people who claim that this is agency is a scam because they ask for money is completely wrong. My husband and I just returned (this morning) from a won cruise and resort stay in the Bahamas. Everything that was promised was given. Yes I was very skeptical at first due to the reviews, however after calling the cruise line and resorts and verified everything, I was at ease. Thank you Brooksdale we really enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to returning to the Bahamas. The staff in the reservations department is very helpful and professional even when I became frustrated at moments."

"My girlfriend got a text this morning after filling out a card to win a trip to the Bahamas. I was immediately skeptical but we decided to call the number anyway. We listened to the recording of their "GM", and he went on and on saying the recording is approved by the state of Florida. After listening to a lengthy voicemail you're connected with a person who wants to set up an account on their website for $40. They then requested a $69.99 booking fee each way per person for the supposedly "free" cruise. Before getting off the phone you're looking at spending $320 for your free trip to the Bahamas. Not to mention transportation to Florida or the Bahamas. I can only imagine the other hidden fees they throw at you after you actually book a hotel. They also refuse to take payments any other way than on the phone. This is definitely a SCAM stay away from Brooksdale Travel. Any good reviews on them are FAKE."
