"This is the place to use for scuba in Aruba. Great service and crew. Xavier (captain), Urny (instructor), Flo (dive master), and Robin (owner), were great. It’s a smaller shop, but that means more attentive dives and smaller groups. Red Sail seems to be the largest on the island, but they cater to cruise ships and large hotels. The boats are massive, the prices higher, and the groups can be up to 20 people per guide. I tried to book with Red Sail because the hotel guided me there, but they were unresponsive and accommodating. So glad I found Pal Beach Divers. I have two young children, and they let them come on the boat and snorkel and even did an Intro to Scuba dive (20’ down) on the last day. Patricia, in the office guided and arranged all of the dives and children’s activities for us. This is a great shop. Don’t let the size scare you. They are professional, affordable, and go to all the same spots."

"I went snorkling with Palm Beach Scuba in July and had such an awesome time with Captain Gill Billy and his crew that I came back again two months later to scuba dive with my two dive buddies. In my time between visits I received my AOW certification. We first did the Dive After 5 where we dove the Ana Cecila wreck. This was my first boat dive and first wreck dive. Captain Gill Billy and his amazing crew made this an all around great experience. They were very clear with instruction and very informative. Even though I was experiencing a few firsts as a newer diver I was completely comfortable the entire time and had a blast. We came back the following morning for their two morning boat dives which were at the North and South Doubles reefs. The crew served a charcuterie board between dives, water/soda and lunch on the way back. Another great day with great people. I can't recommend Palm Beach Scuba enough! We hope to you see again sooner than later! - The Bostons"

"Update: 9/11 - Observed 9/11 and Capt Gill and Darryl provided a free dive trip to all First Responders and Active Military and Vets. They are the only Dive Op in the area that I saw doing this. They care about those that serve and are Vet Friendly. Bottom Line Up Front: Excellent Dive Crew, safe and efficient Operation, immaculate boat and amenities, and top notch customer service makes this the new "Go too" Dive Op in West Palm/Riviera Beach. On Sat4/8/23 we had an excellent scuba diving experience with Palm Beach Scuba (PBS). We live in the West Palm Beach area and we dive a lot and are familiar with the various dive Ops and Shops. Palm Beach Scuba is a newer Dive Op so we wanted to check them out. We checked in with Captain Gill who welcomed us and made the process a breeze. We boarded and I have to tell you this boat is immaculate. Its new, wide, and stable. It has lots of room and the amenities including showers, large marine head with auto flush, and plenty of room. After a dive boat safety briefing by the Captain we headed out. We went up and sat on the large, comfortable Bean Bag chairs on the Bow of the boat and relaxed while on our way to the dive site. Once we arrived, we were given a dive safety briefing and received perfect drops on the Flower Garden and Divearama sites. We knew the in water Divemaster/Guide Sarah as we have dived with her before. Sarah is one of the best DM's in WPB and underwater she showed us all the best marine life and was attentive to ensure safety but also make sure it was fun. Of special note: Between the dives, we were treated to a "charcuterie board" with yummy cheeses, crackers, meats, and fruit. After the second dive, we were served a meatball sandwich from a crock pot. How cool is that considering on most dive boats you grab a bag of chips from the bin. Thank you to PBS who made our dive trip and excellent experience and value. We plan to dive with them again soon. - Randy and Angel"

"Such a great company and group of guys! Captain Gill was awesome! They were willing to take us last minute in the morning. The dives were great and the dive master Darryll was the best! Our teenager (15 years old) had a couple mishaps and he was super attentive and patient! We had a great time and We will be back!"
