"I don’t recommend this traveling company. I called and spoke to Phyllis’s who mentioned she would follow up about a planned trip to Mexico. I waited and waited and called her which she mentioned they were busy and that Alex would return my call in a “few days” I never heard back from either Alex or Her. I tried calling back and left numerous Voicemails. Here we are over 2 months later and have yet to hear back. Needless to say this company lost my business and I’ll make sure to tell everyone TO STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!"
