She and her peers/ staff are too notch. 3 start rating is a joke. I’ve sent many friends to her with great results. The Israel trip was absolutely amazing."

"Fair warning, David Brundage of Town & Country Travel booked a cruise for us for our son's wedding. We also signed up for the cruise wedding planner. There were well over 50 people booked in our party with the majority booking thorough David Brundage. We booked long in advance and picked the cabins that would best work for us. When we got to the ship our cabins had been changed without any notification to us.. The cabins were supposed to be ready early so the bride and groom would have a place to change but due to the cabin changes there was no place for them to get ready so they basically had to dress in the hallways. During this time Brundage was on-board but would not address the issue or help us at all even though we did contact him. After the cruise he was contacted and denied he changed the rooms without our knowledge but the cruise company proved he was the one who changed the rooms. They could even give the date and time and contents of the call. where he changed them. When confronted with this he then refused our calls and would take no responsibility for changing our rooms. He offered no help at all. David Brundage of Town & Country travel directly caused a disaster for the bride and groom' wedding. The rooms he changed us to were no where near the original booked rooms and no explanation was offered as to why he would do such a thing. I would strongly advise against using Town & Country Travel for any kind of travel arrangements."
