"This should be NO STAR review. February 5, 2024 Ken Froom Tours booked a cruise on Celebrity Cruises, without my permission. 2 years ago, I took a cruise using this company as an agent. After that, they have called and emailed in attempts to book cruises with them again. I have told them many times, that we did not want to use their services again. I have had to block 4 different phone lines from their constant phone calls and block their emails, but today I found out that even though I specifically told them that we did not want to ever book a cruise through them, they booked a cruise in our names against our wishes. I called Celebrity Cruises and they told me that since it was booked as a group, I & Celebrity cannot cancel the Cruise. Very unethical. I warn people not to ever use Ken Froom Tours."
