We also got some really neat upgrades, like a bottle of wine in our rooms, as well as added turn down service and even some perks like appetizers in our room. We even ran into an issue that the hotel correctly charged us for something we didn't realize cost money, and Christie called and was able to get the charge reversed for us even though it was our fault.
