"I had purchased a flight as a special gift for my fiancée and I but for some circumstances we weren’t able to make it. I had to reschedule our flight multiple times until we had to cancel it. The company’s customer service is an A+ service. They were kind enough to help me every time we rescheduling, answering questions and with making a refund. "I booked a flight with sunshine balloon rides a few months ago. Unfortunately, the weather was not optimal for a safe flight on the day leading up to the flight date. The team contacted me a few days prior to the scheduled flight date to let me know they were monitoring the weather and to offer me some options in case the weather did not improve. They offered to schedule the flight in the next day or two, which did not work for me, and so they offered to provide a full refund of the deposit before I had to even ask. That shows their professionalism and "safety first" approach. The 5-star review is based on this experience and their commendable behavior. I hope I can make another 5-star review this coming year related to the flight experience with them. Looking forward to it!"
