"A disgraceful attempt at agency. They don't know how to do their job effectively. They dedicate themselves to making passports and once they send them to have them made, they don't know what happens to them. They cannot give an account to their clients of what happens with their documents, which they are obliged to do because it is done through them for a reason. And to make matters worse, they get upset because their clients want to know more information about the process and ask them not to call the company again. They are scammers and bad workers. It should be a shame for them to take advantage of people's situation and their lack of work ethic. Please save yourself from having to work with these people and go process documents somewhere else that is professional. My dad has been trying to get a passport with this company for six months, and they don't even have the decency to explain to him what is happening with his documents."
