"Never travel with this agency, terrible service, after saying that you had to pay a month in advance, they made us pay everything two months in advance and you don't know the flight or the departure time until two days before, we were a large group and we gave our data several times and each time they put it wrong, putting several families in the same room, separating families, etc. On the day before returning we were notified of a flight change and when we arrived at the airport we had to pay for the suitcases, which were included on the other plane, and also all the separate seats. My wife with a baby alone in a seat, we were not even in the same row, all separated by the plane. When we asked for the information about the transportation that was picking us up on departure, they told us to call the transportation agency to ask, because the lady was on vacation, so we, the clients on vacation, can bother to call but the lady from the agency does not have the staff to do it when she leaves... One decides to go to an agency and pay for their services so as not to have to go through work and do everything, for that it is better to do everything alone because of the thousands of pages online that exist"

"The worst agency in all of Miami. They are not responsible for anything they do. They sell travel packages and they never know what can happen with your flight or hotel. You have to verify all the information more than 100 times because the 101st time makes it wrong."
