"I have to follow up on a recent review i did on the Jacksonville location i wrote that was disappointed in the lack if customer service in obtaining my refund for a cancellation of a car although before I canceled the service was fantastic I emailed a few times after and didn’t receive a reply and calling was even worse right to a voicemail where you couldn’t leave a message so i called the Miami office and was pleasantly surprised by a gentleman( i am sorry i didn't get his name) who answered and helped me tremendously today I received a text back from Alecia Dixon telling me my refund was done today and sure enough I received an email saying the money has been refunded I still am not happy with the customer service at the Jacksonville location but definitely happy my issue has been resolved Thank you again ALECIA DIXON"
"I have just had an awful experience with Classique. I reserved a rental car through them for Barbados and paid a large deposit. Then, 5 days before my scheduled pickup, they canceled my reservation. Because they waited so late to cancel, I cannot find another rental car. So it looks like my wife and I will be stuck on Barbados with no transportation. And Classique has not refunded my deposit. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a trip with Classique!"
