"A+! I woke up booted PC...Black screen. No beep, no mobo logo. Tried numerous things to get it fixed. Nothing. Brought it in today 4/10/23 @ 10:30am. Got a call at 11:30am from William. All was fixed. Even after unplugging all cables, I never pressed power button down for 10 seconds to disperse remaining power. Ugh. William was extremely friendly, knowledgeable. Great guy for sure. For those who have difficulty locating them. They are on right hand side of building on the 2nd floor. Take the Spanish Wells light on bonita Beach and make left after 2nd stop sign. It's on right hand side, 2nd Floor, #203. There is an elevator behind stairs. Don't be like me a carry a 50lb desktop up 2 stories. I highly recommend."

"Fixed my older computer so it runs like new! Kept in touch along the way and advised me of what would happen so there were no surprises. Since a total system rebuild was necessary - which means 3rd party software would be wiped off - they provided a list of that software so I could choose whether to reinstall. All for a very reasonable price."
