"Disappointed. The webpage needs updating. Most of the amenities listed do not exist. No conceirge, no tour planner, the shuttle service is for them to call you a taxi to the airport but it must be USD. Housekeeping is rude, we were given one fullsize towel and two hand towels we asked for another towel and was told no. The safe in the room doesnt work. We were told they were sending someone up and no one they ever came. The next day we asked again they said nothing could be done. Every night there is extremely loud club noises so if you plan to sleep between 11pm and 430am forget it."

"Alex was very helpful lining up the AlaMoana hotel for us but once again he was very patient and found a great resort for vegas in April that suited all our requests. He us really great to deal with. Everyone is helpful and friendly."

"5 stars for Arianna's support in scheduling and answering my questions. The amount of fees/taxes I had to pay on my promotional 4day/3night vacation package in Anaheim, CA. is ridiculous. It'll only result in about a $100 savings vs market rate over the course of this stay. "MAJOR SCAM!! They tell you one thing, but make sure you read the fine print. We paid monthly to become timeshare owners through Leisure, only to find out that we paid monthly for a year to get a total of 6, week-long "vacations" at a discounted rate. So we paid monthly and still have to pay. Also, most of the destinations we have picked have not been available any time we have tried to book. We have not been able to book a stay and have finished paying off the package price. I hope more people read reviews before getting scammed, we did not and we got scammed."
