"I've been in this country for over 20 year. And i have never experience a worse service in my whole life than the one im receiving now from Vacuba agency. First of all they have only one line for the customer to comunicate and that work for all the agencies around Miami. Also those service agents have not clue at all of whats going on with customers concern. None of the manager or even the agency representative has the respect to give a face to their customers or return the calls. And not only that they put you on hold for iver 20 minutes and after that time they just hung up the phone with a really cute message from the machine. To be honest i will never but never in my life recomend this agency to my family or friends at all. As a customer service representative from 1 to 100 i have to say. That your customer service is worse than 0. I hope some one take a look at this review and fix this issue wich should be really uncomfortable for all your customer."
