"Until now I didn’t have any complaints,they said here they close at 6:00pm I arrived at 5:32 pm and they didn’t open the door for me they said they was closed already,I feel a little disappointed."

"Today March 14th 2019, my mom went there to buy a plane ticket to go to Cuba for April. There were only 2 people to take care of clients. After one hour and a half of waiting because they were talking and mingling with some other clients.... this lady did not show any interest in helping my mom and told her there was nothing available for the time she needed and when my mom continued asking she told her the price was 600 dollars which is not true. Horrible customer service."

"Would not recommend to anyone. My husband needed to get his Cuban passport to travel to see family. He arrived at their office and took his money very easily and told him from 3 to 6 months. That was in Jan 2017. We are now in Oct 2017 (10 months in) and we still have not received his passport. We have called several times throughout the months and they always say that it is still in the consulate of Cuba in Washington DC. My husband went to their office today because we wanted to cancel all together since we are going into a year and they told him they cannot refund him. They gave him the phone number for the Consulate of Cuba and told him to call there and to also call his family members in Cuba to go to the consulate in cuba to expediate. If we are paying this agency to faciliate the process, why would they not do the updates themselves. That is the reason we thought we were choosing Va Cuba, to help us navigate through the process. Instead, they have thrown us to do their job. Worse of all, they not once called us with a status update in the 10 months. It really is a factory with them. They stole our money and now my husband just has to wait until they feel like helping us. Very sad that this business being ran this way."

"So far, we have had a great experience at this location. Nothing has been lost from the packages we have sent to Cuba. The money sent has always arrived within the timeframe. My mother had her passport renewed and they told her from 4 to 6 weeks. Sure enough, 5 weeks later they were calling to go pick it up. We have dealt with Mileny and she goes above and beyond to help, very nice and attentive to detail. I'm taking my passport to them."
