An overall incredible experience and he was great with the experienced kayakers to beginners. Can't recommend enough!"

"We booked this kayak excursion at 8AM Christmas Eve. When we arrived at the meeting point the wind was REALLY blowing. Our guide Toni assured us that the wind should not be an issue. I was put in a kayak with my 27 year old son and my husband was solo. There were two other kayaks in our group. We were instructed to cross the river to the other side and we did and then kayaked down the river, down stream. There were a few boats that when they passed would crest white caps in the river, challenging to traverse. Then we were told to cross the river again, this time kayaking UP stream into the wind. It was HARD, my son (kayak mate) was so exhausted he had to take a short break. In those few seconds, with only me paddling, we lost ground & were pulled downstream. This was NOT fun. We felt like we had to paddle for our life. Exhausted, we were guided into a pocket in the mangroves. The guide had to take two kayaks at a time into a narrow path in the mangrove. We were in the calm water of the mangrove for a total on maybe 25 mins. Where we saw a couple birds and a crab. We continued to paddle up stream into the wind to complete the excursion. This was not at all enjoyable. The guide said she highly doubted the a 10:30 group would be canceled & not going out on account of the wind. Our excursion should have been canceled. We left happy not because we had fun but because we survived."

"Highly suggest this tour! It was so fun, relaxing and informative. I recommend trying to go on Tuesday-Friday to have Adam as your guide. He was amazing! We got to see a lot of sea life and his knowledge on each was so extensive. Stopping and walking along the sandbar was a great break from paddling and gave a chance to explore finding cool shells and some conchs. I also recommend trying to pick a day/time for your tour that coincides with low tide which was also something we learned from Adam :)"
