"Annette initially seemed to be the right agent for our family travel arrangements but things fell apart when our cruise was canceled by NCL because of COVID and she failed to secure our refund within the window given by NCL. Annette failed to provide proof that she submitted our cancellation and never followed up with NCL to make sure that iit had had been. We waited the 90 days she said it would take and in the end, to our surprise, did not happen. To date Annette has not offered any solutions or offered anything to make up for her mistake. Travelers beware!!!"
