"The absolute worst car rental. My family and I booked a car a month in advance, paid in full. When we got there, we were told that we didn’t have a reservation even though I had a voucher and proof of payment. They made us wait eight hours at the airport and all we were told was that we just simply didn’t have a car. It’s been a month of trying to either get a credit or our money back and we still don’t have either. It’s ridiculous that not only we were stranded at the airport since we were staying more than 3 hours away from where this office is located and that it’s been more than a month and I can’t seem to get my money back or any compensation from them."
