"As a first timer traveling with a travel agency I thought that it would have been a perfect idea due to the pricing and the driving. The pros are the driving, hotel, the two breakfasts,dinner and tour. The cons would be that the travel agency does not specify everything. For one if you are going to St.Augustine and decide to pay for the trolley it would be nice to know that there is no refund if you change your mind for the last minute due to the complication of the weather. The hotel we stayed in was disgusting. The room we had was not clean: the floor looked like it was not mopped, the bathroom looked gross, and the bed sheet was not changed ( it had hair ) and the towels were stained of gods know what. We always bring back up sheets, Lysol wipes and spray, and towels. The receptionist did not look thrilled to see our face at 2 in the morning once we came back from our little adventure. For future reference, if I am going to be traveling with an agency I would be asking more questions before after making a BIG decision Financial wise. But other than that it was a great trip."

"I had an a great time!! Tour guide Alex is amazing very attentive to his group. He explains everything in detail and guides you to places on your free time. He’s available at all times for questions and knows where he’s going!! Driver Jorge was also very good helping with our luggage and additional bathroom stops to accommodate us. This is a great tour company reasonable in price Hotel, breakfast and lunch cruise were GREAT!! Definitely doing other trips with them will spread the word to my friends.
