"Terrible service, too days to get back to me with my room request for a weeding party in Costa Rica. At first I was told the room I preferred wasn’t available but assured that other room types were available. After 3 weeks Danielle gets back to me to tell me that the hotel is fully booked. Terrible reservation management & communication. Will never recommend or use."

"What can I say about Sue and her team @New Era Travel. Okay COVID scare in March with an Antigua trip planned for April. She worked with Sandals, AA, and even the Travel Insurance Company and everything was moved to August. Coming upon our August trip and we had to COVID test prior to arrival. What do you think happens? POSITIVE. Called Sue and her team (4 days out from our travel day) and BAM, Sue had everything rescheduled again to November for us within the hour. We cannot stress enough how important Sue and New Era has been to us all year. Please give Sue and her team a call for any and all of your travel needs. Love You Sue and thanks New Era!!"

"Sue Rice has been handling our familily's needs for many years. ("Since paper", she says.) We had a complicated trip booked through her for my wife and grand-daughter. COVID caused the trip to be cancelled. We had paid over $30,000 up front. Sue went way beyond the call of duty (on the phone with Delta for almost seven hours!) helping us get refunds from the various airlines and travel companies. She is amazing. You will not go wrong using New Era!"
