"The package i sent was heavy. It was left at the building entrance on the ground level. It was supposed to be delivered to the 4th floor but the delivery guys told my brother that they were too busy and can't do it. The merchandise arrived with some damage. When i called cubamax to complain they told me that someone had handled the package and they can't be responsible for the damages. A cheap excuse to avoid a claim. Will never use their service again."
