"Awful!!!! They LIED to my fiance and did not submit the paperwork for a passport until about a month AFTER we had originally submitted it. They also LIED to us: APPARENTLY, they charge your family member in Cuba 2 CUC for delivering money... after they already charge you in the US $12-15. They also NEVER answer the phone!!! It is soooo difficult to get a hold of them! UGH"
