"Before you consider making any type of reservation with these individuals, search for someone professional, competitive, responsible and with customer service abilities. These people have no idea how to treat a customer, how to make the proper accommodations to meet their needs, much less, treat you with respect. Never again will I do any booking with Natalhie as she is disrespectful, bad-mannered and has zero customer service stills. Don't be fooled by her speaking to you is a low soft tone as she is laughing at you in your face."
