"Random chance meeting at vendor fair I went to at LAKELAND Harbor. Told him we were having pump problems, he said he could have someone out there this afternoon or tomorrow. My husband had tried calling 4 other companies and nobody called back. Office called me to arrange Time. Then Josh called to say he was about 10 minutes away. He checked out the tank and said we needed a new one and could have it done by tomorrow. He did inform me he was running a little bit late in the morning but no problem Got here and got tank installed. Then his boss Roger came to confirm all was good.
