"I joined the group with Lori last weekend for my first paddle board adventure. I had a great day! Lori started by giving instructions on the steps to use the paddle and how to stand and move to a sitting position. With a few other instructions we were ready to get on our boards. I believe I was the oldest person in the group and I’ll admit I was a little nervous. Lori kept an eye on me and when she saw I needed a little reminder on how to navigate, she was right there to help out! I met new people and and by the end of our event I was really comfortable on the board! I can’t wait to do it again and I’d love to bring my grandchildren for a fun day together!
