"The absolutely worst service!! I went to send a package and money to family in Vietnam. He insisted on opening the package and up charging for non luxury items like lotion. When I asked why, he got huffy and told me to go somewhere else. When I asked for my paperwork back, which included my social security number along with other personal information, he refused. And why did they even need my social security number in the first place?! That night, I received a phone call where he called me a b***h and hung up!! I hope they don’t retaliate because of this review, but I don’t want anyone else to mistakenly trust their personal information to them."
