"Our trip to Israel was scheduled for the first week of November 2023 and was canceled due to the October 2023 attack. We requested a refund but still haven't received the refund more than 3 months later."

"Be cautious when booking with this company. We have traveled extensively around the world, and had to deal with cancelations or changes a number of times. Nothing unusual. However, with this group there are several things to be aware of. In short this, company is quite unorganized. This is even before going on a tour. 1. After submitting our travel document, we were asked multiple times to submit the docs again. 2. There is a fee for everything. Spirit Airlines have less fees than this company. 3. Our trip got canceled due to the war in the region. The refund takes 6-8 weeks. You can guaranty the check is not leaving their office in less than 8 weeks."
