Our trip was organized by Tom Finizio, Pattie Lavelle, and the rest of the team at Straight A Tours. Tom takes great pride in making sure that the group has an incredible experience and plans every last detail flawlessly. He personally came to check on my group at check-in, check-out, at breakfast, and during the day. Every time I called with a question, he picked up and helped me with a cheerful attitude.
