"Used the Cruise Express Shuttle service to Miami. They really need more competition. Parking was a nice benefit. Brand new driver, his first day, very unorganized, very late, didn't know his bus, both ways. Need to better prepare new drivers with someone riding along for a trip or 2 to show them the ropes."

"Our group used Yankee Trails bus service for transportation to and from Port Canaveral, this past week, for a cruise. Scheduled many months in advance, the first pickup in Leesburg was 30 minutes late, not real bad, but our group was on time as promised. When we returned from the cruise, following directions from Yankee Trails, our group once again was on time, waiting in the cold and rainy day for our pick up that was 1 hour and 45 minutes late, and no call from the driver as promised. The reason for the two star rating is, once on the bus, the ride is comfortable."
