"Very unhappy with the customer service, response time, and overall experience with using this travel agency. They took a month to provide an invoice, and once the invoice was received, it didn’t provide a breakdown of the cost for the cruise or any of the perks. When asking for a breakdown and questions regarding the cruise, it took multiple voicemails and emails with a response time of 2 to 3 days which is unacceptable. Whenever you tried to call about anything, 99% of the time, I was sent to voicemail. When comparing prices to the website, the money buzz told us we would be saving was showing on the cruise lines website. No special discount was provide as larger travel agency’s usually have access too. I would avoid this travel agency as they don’t seem to care about making your vacation plans stress free."
