"This is the second time they have failed to schedule service for me…. First was when we had our Optimus Joystick installed, and now I Made an appointment over the phone for service with the service manager on 8/28, he told me Thursday 8/31 and even mentioned the hurricane causing a potential issue, so I know he was not confused, I live 2 1/2 hours away, but boat is here in Orange Beach, when I was on my way, I called to let them know, and was informed that the service manager had taken off and that he had scheduled me NEXT Thursday 9/7, Which was completely wrong. Then I was told by James that they would be calling me back ASAP with alternative plans, WHICH HE DID NOT……"

"I had a trim seal blow out right before coming to the beach for my family vacation last year. All the shops in my area said 8 weeks before they could get to it. Saunders marine told me to bring it to them and they not only fixed the trim seal but took care of a power steering leak as well. Very nice and professional people!"

"This place is top notch! I had an issue with my 256 Seafox. Even though my boat was the smallest one on the yard I still received the same quality service as if I would have had $1000000 boat. Their prices are fair and Scott the (service manager) went above and beyond to ensure my issue was fixed. I would rate them at 10 if I could. Being from out of town I feel that you can trust these guys. When I need work done I will definitely use them again."
