"Had a good experience with this location. I had an insured device needing screen repair. After getting insurance approval, I called this store to ensure they had the screen in stock. Once they affirmed so, I was there within 15 minutes. Khalid greeted me almost immediately and was able to pull up my claim info, and fixed my device in less than 1.5 hours. Everything's working great so far, and I'm hoping it holds up. I'm glad there is a 1 year warranty on their service as well. It's a bit expensive to get fixed if you don't have insurance, but the same-day service is otherwise fantastic and the agents were a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully will never need to come back, but glad that this place is here if needed!"

"They replaced my screen with a defective one and told me I could come back and get a new one because the defective one was the last one left. Months later I came back with receipt and phone screen not working due to some water issues and ubreakifix said they do not grant the original deal. I understand but felt that one thing had nothing to do with the other one. Another $160 dollars out of my pocket"
"Miguel was kind and professional. However, he said the company charges $30 to install a new Zagg screen. I should have had Best Buy install for $7.99. I’m a senior and am unable to do it myself. The screen only cost $25. I’ve been here several times in the past and was never told there was this high a fee. I’ve always enjoyed my experiences here but not this time."
