"I visited my Aunt at this oceanside condominium. The views from the apartments are stunning. What makes this building special is the attentiveness of the staff. They have been exceedingly helpful and kind toward my Aunt, and treated me likewise as a guest. With the Ritz Carlton two buildings over and a Marriot resort to the right, the property has kept all operations running in the style of a 5 Star hotel. There is an extremely well equipt gym, a steam room, sauna, an outdoor pool (&hot tub), 24 hour security manning the grounds and entrance gate, and a very good roof top restaurant serving up flavorful inexpensive food & drinks. This would be a fantastic place to live or to have as a vacation property."
