So here is my review. Every individual I spoke with was kind and informative. They did not treat me like a idiot. If I had questions they happily gave me informed answers. Very professional. And as for my case, my PC was not able to be repaired, but it was explained as to why, and even as a courtesy of the situation, they except the charge due to it. I still insisted I pay either way because it was still their time they spent looking into my situation. They are amazing, I see why they have been here for 10 years and they will be for many more. "My Mac totally crashed, thought it was going to be recycled. I took it to Adrian and he was able to pull screen off, fix it , speed it up and added malware, etc. Runs GREAT. Then took laptop to him because the base was pulling apart. He fixed the hard drive also added memory and it runs like a charm. Would recommend him and his son to everyone. HONEST ,reasonable pricing and prompt. Will continue to go to and refer others to them. Before and after below!!"
