"Purchased washer and dryer from them. Within 2 weeks the washer was broken. They brought back 2 more items other washer that were not even functional out of the box. The dryer is now broken and despite paying the Geek Squad Protection plan for 5 years (bought 4 months ago) they say is not under warranty. Had to call and be transferred 7 different times and after 5 hours in I still do not have a response nor a point of contact to explain why the warranty is voided. Highly recommend any other retail store. The protection plan was useless."

"I purchased a Samsung TV from Best Buy, Miami Beach, on March 25,2020. I also Paid a 5 Yr Protection Plan. I made an appointment on April 20th, 2022 for April 26th, 2022 for a repair. Best buy sent an installer instead to my apt. Geek squad was at my house for less than 5 minutes. Guy concluded that my tv needed repair and he would have to call someone else to come to repair my tv and order parts, which absolutely made no sense because he was suppose to be the repair man for my tv. He left and I never got an update. I called May 3rd 2020 and another gentleman told me that the installer did not order any parts or even did anything regarding my TV. He mentioned that he would send someone else to come to check my TV. He ordered a part to the tv. and made the in home appointment May 14th 2022 because they had to order it from Samsung because Best Buy did not have any parts to the TV. May 15th came and Oren the best buy/geek quad guy said they they got the WRONG part to my tv and had to re order the correct part. SO they made ANOTHER appointment. THAT WAS CANCELED and then they MADE ANOTHER appointment and that was also canceled. We kept calling to see if the got the part they needed and they kept changing the days because of a delay in shipment. So we kept on calling to see if they can resolve this another way and they kept saying no. A whole month passed and I am still dealing with this. SO come May 25th they said they did not have the part yet. So they made an appointment for June 1st. and they canceled that appointment and they said they were going to come on JUNE 2nd 2022. and YET AGAIN BEST BUY FAILED TO COME WITH THE CORRECT PANEL. SO now I have to wait another two weeks for supposedly correct panel. INSTEAD OF MAKING AN EXCHANGE with a new TV. They have not resolved any issues with this TV. The worst customer service ever. 3 times wrong panel and after each new appointment they STILL WONT CONSIDER to changing it!"

"My computer crashed today due to issues with a Window update. I brought in my pc and the guys fixed it for free which is unbelievable. Granted it was an easy fix but they were really cool about it. Highly recommended."

"Freddy is the most amazing person on this planet. When I thought all hope was lost in my computer he made sure I was taken care of. I had been lied to by multiple people on the phone and talked into a $200 plan I didn't need. I talked to Freddy and went in to see him. He helped me, calmed me down, and assured me of the next steps. He not only needs to be promoted but he should be given his own store to run. He is the greatest employee there and I trust him fully. I not only will be writing this but will be sending a letter to their regional and national people as well. Great customer service is what he gave me and he did it with a smile and a genuine attitude. I couldn't ask for more. I was ready to never come back to best buy and because of him I will never leave."
