"Best location but very old units. Most need to be totally redone and huge se urity deposits required. 2 weeks will run you more than 5k. Have gone many times because the beach and easy access to it because best LOCATION."
"This is the most AMZING place to to stay. You have a kitchen and laundry in your condo. You have a pool out your back door and 30 ft from that you are on the beach. Coming in was seemless. The owners are top notch incredible. (The folks we rented from) I can not find a single things negative to say. This is paradise. I will be staying here every time we come down which we hope to make an annual trip. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!"
"This place is the best, I used to spend 3 months every winter staying here, They have since changed from a managed establishment to private individual units, Thus trying to get a long term rental is next to impossible, If you are lucky enough to get a unit, grab it up, Deerfield Beach across the intercostal is my favorite spot in the world, I am a bit prejudice since I worked in Boca Raton for a few years,"
