"My complaint is about the price and cost to repair a broken phone glass. As I was in a depressed state of not having a adequate communication device. I was forced to pay $375. 00. For that amount of money a screen protector should have been included. I feel that is inflating the price when someone is in need of the usage of their phone and taking advantage of the customers is not right. Although the staff was friendly and the service was fast and efficient. But I will not recommend this place to anyone.I suggest to search around and find a better deal for phone repair."

I got there early. The place is very clean, comfortable, and someone assisted me right away! And even gave input on a school IT project that I'm working on. How great is that! Definitely bringing my future computer and cell needs to them. Also sharing a few of their business cards with classmates as a Special thanks for everything!"

Dropped off my phone on a Saturday morning, they told me it would take 2-4 hours and they were done in 1 1/2 hours and contacted me (through an alternate number) as soon as it was ready. They then made sure everything was working properly with me before I left. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a repair."
"I had broken my phone (the screen was cracked and damaged). I went here to get it fixed. The people who work there were amazing, very professional, and had shown excellent customer service. They told me that the cost for fixing my broken screen phone, it was a good reasonable price and that I was able to pick up my phone the very next day. I came to pick up my phone, and surprisingly, my screen phone looked brand new and better than. I was so happy. Thank you for the best service."
