"Great customer service and knowledgeable and friendly technician. James. I had an ac emergency today while Miami was in a heat advisory. Called them and just a couple of hours later James was here to diagnose, fix the issue and cool down my home again. Janet was great on the phone, dispatching the tech and keeping me advised of estimate arrival time and to let me know when the driver was on his way. And all of this was for a first time customer on a Saturday!!! They were responsive, fair and honest and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. If you're having ac issues.... "Update: I checked my records and it seems that I wrote a review on the wrong company. I dealt with various companies during a short period and due to not having a good outcome with two of them but the third one finally set me up with a good AC. I checked my invoice and it seems my review should of been directed to "American Freezing Point" which was the company that tried to charge me for a coil cleaner in top of the 120 they did for just looking at it. Sorry Cool Running Air that was my fault but no my reviews are not scams. Just had a horrible experience with a handful of AC companies until i found two that finally fixed it for me. I also replaced air ducts which not all AC companies service hence the reason i spoke with more than 1 AC company plus i was shopping around for quotes for a new Carrier AC. I actually did not get serviced from you i think i just called in to ask for a quote but never got it so sorry about the review. Once again looking at the invoice my bad review should of been to American Freezing Point LLC."
