"I waited 24 hours before posting a review. I brought my damaged Note 3 into fixit. i was greet by 2 employees who both assisted me. i dropped off my phone and picked it up the next day. the phone was recovered but had ink residue on the screen. i brought the phone back and was told that the residue would clear. i went back home and remained claim as the residue got worst. By the time my lunch break hit the next day my screen was completely covered with residue. i walked in expected him to give me some excuse on how it was somehow my fault... but he didnt. he took the phone without any sort or anger, annoyance or attitude. he told me he would call when it was ready. tony called the next day and said your phone is ready for pick up. i walked away with my money worth in repair. i am a satisfied customer and i am astonished at tonys customer service. people in his field tend to always hit you with low blows."
