"If you're looking to take a gamble with your radiator repair, then sending it to these guys might be just the ticket. However, be prepared for a roll of the dice when it comes to their responsiveness and job completion. It's like playing a game of chance with your vehicle's vital components. Unfortunately, luck may not always be on your side when dealing with them. When it comes to radiator repair, reliability and prompt service are paramount, and it appears that this place may not consistently deliver on those fronts. It's essential to consider the potential risks and uncertainties before entrusting them with your radiator repair needs. If you value peace of mind and a hassle-free experience, you might want to explore alternative repair options with a more established track record."

"I didn't read the previous reviews. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are just a bunch of thief . They charged $350 to remove a radiator which they didn't do and $300 to fix a leak that they just put a patch . Without removing the radiator."

"Please anyone who needs a radiator do not go to this place. It's very unprofessional & rude. I bought a radiator from them & less than 2 months later the radiator starts to leak. When I call about the 1 year warranty he tells me I must give the receipt which is fine but also the radiator that is currently in my car so he can check to see what's wrong with it. & I try to explain to him that's not what the lady told me at the desk & he hung up in my face after repeating saying u must bring the receipt and radiator. If u value your money & time do not go to this place"

"While on the road away from home, I brought my 2006 Grand Cherokee to Hialeah Radiator Services after the radiator sprung a leak, the engine overheated, and the head gasket cracked. Luckily the crew there was able to repair more than just the radiator (as I had to fly out and leave the vehicle). The mechanic priced out part alternatives for the repair kit and went to work replacing the head gasket, thermostat, and the timing chain as well (it was pretty beat up). They sent the heads out to a machine shop for work and had the Jeep up and running in about a week (over Thanksgiving holiday). The Jeep checked good on my four hour drive home, and my preliminary inspection on the work checks good. The shop is nothing to look at, but the customer was service was good and the savings overhead costs translated to a fair price on the work. I would definitely recommend HRS for any future radiator work that you have."

"NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE, CAME IN TO PURCHASE A RADIATOR, BOX THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME WAS A COMPLETE MESS, INSTALLED THE MERCHANDISE AND IT STARTED TO LEAK, BROUGHT IT BACK TO HIM. HE CLAIMS THAT IT WAS MISHANDLED BY THE USER AND NOT ABLE TO REPLACE. ONCE HE DECIDED TO REPLACE IT HE TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN A PAPER THAT WAS IN SPANISH AND I DONT READ SPANISH. HE SAID THAT IT WAS MY PROBLEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, YET AGAIN IT IS HIALEAH."
