"JUST BUY A NEW TV: Save your money and time. Had 3 tv repaired here 2 43" and 1 55". None was showing a picture. He replaced the bulbs in all three. The 2 43" working buy have lines in the pictures and the 55" he couldn't fix but still charge we for the parts he put in( but still unable to use the tv) all 3 cost more to fix than if I would have bought 3 new tv with warranty. Customer Service was good but between the price and the time ordering and recording parts. I could've have just bought 3 new tv"

"I would give it negative stars if possible! Beware! Take a ton of photos of anything you are going to have them touch, before they lay a finger on it. They came to replace a board on my tv and ended up cracking my whole screen when they flipped the tv on my bed and hit the bed frame!!! Then they will deny it, when you see it with your own eyes! They are rude and unprofessional! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM."

"Took my vintage stereo to have it repaired. The tape machine did not record on one channel. Ciro kept it for over a week. This was supposed to be a present for someone on Christmas. Two days before Christmas, he told me he could not repair it. He also had no problem taking my $85. So, no Christmas present and I'm connned $85 - on top of that. I Do NOT recommend taking your electronics to this place!"

"I met the wonderful man on a whim. Lightning stuck my air conditioner and they TV I had went blank. I called ciro and he was at my home ..to my flat screen..gave me a price and explained the service. 2 yrs later im watching a beautiful picture. Np. Than he helped my friends 100 inch TV. And two customers donated 2 70 inch with the same problem. He said he will fix it and donate them. What a angel here. Flat screens you get a Dr. Named Ciro.. 10.."

"I called ahead. Was quoted $85 estimate fee deducted if work is done if I bring the TV to their shop. I dropped the TV at their shop before lunch and by 3 p.m. I had an estimate and was told they have the part in stock, needed a mainboard. I slept on it and called them back in the morning and said okay. TV was done in a few hours and I picked it up. Couldn't have been more professional or faster service. Would go back and would recommend it. I priced the part from eBay suppliers and their price was the same. $180 in total labor. I thought it was very fair."
