"Wow! Where do I begin. We recently had our entire AC unit replaced by Lindstrom and the entire process from start to finish was excellent! The sales team/manager was super informative and answered all our questions. The team that did the install was professional and respectful of my home. They wore shoe covers in the house and paid attention as to not ding or hit my walls/furniture. They had everything lined up perfectly (their own electrician, etc). They kept us abreast of the install throughout the day and I didn’t feel like they were rushing to get the job done. Their staff is experienced and knows the industry. In addition to having the entire unit replaced (inside unit & outside unit) we also had our ducts cleaned. The duct cleaning team was stellar as well. Anthony was the team lead and he was such a leader. He was so friendly and happy to answer questions. He also was very respectful of my home and did a thorough job. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Last time we had our AC unit replaced by Aspen Air and it was a horrible experience. I was so reluctant to do anything with my AC system but Lindstrom totally changed that. I definitely recommend them and will only use them from now on."

"From start to finish, Lindstrom and its employees were fabulous! we scheduled an appointment for possible repair, however, thought it may need a complete new AC system. The service repair guy stated that would be the best option, and if we decided to replace it, he will call a sales person to come out. He did so, and in 20 minutes a sales person was at our front door. He asked pertinent questions, gave us a thorough review and recommendations, and scheduled the complete system to be removed and replaced the following morning. it was a difficult job for the technicians given the location of our unit however, they manage to do it within an adequate timeframe, cleaned up, and hauled all used equipment away. We have cool AC again, thanks to Lindstrom! would highly recommend them to our friends and will definitely sign up for a maintenance contract."
