"Picked up the TV in need of repair and payment for the part he thought it needed. Missed the first deadline and stopped answering my calls. After sending a text informing him that I would just let the legal system deal with him if he couldn't return my calls, he finally returned my call to threaten me(as I was standing talking to a friend that works for local law enforcement). Filed a civil police report on him and the deputy attempted to call him at which point he got nasty with the deputy on the phone. After supposedly installing the new board he now claims something else is out(like I would hire this scam artist to mow my lawn). When he finally returned the tv it doesn't even power on now so he actually broke it worse than it was.I would give this guy negative 5 stars if the rating allowed."
"A great shop to have repairs done. Richie is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled at what he does. I brought in my 32" Sony for some sound and video issues and Richie repaired it the same day within a few hours for a really minimal price. He runs a small shop but provides great customer service. TV works great after the repairs. I had been given multiple quotes before at other places that were hundreds of dollars more than what I needed to spend. I most definitely recommend him for all repairs."
