The manager checked while I was on the phone to make sure they had the part, and said they wanted to see it with their own eyes and not just with computer log. When I arrived, Chris did the same and double checked again before I left that the part was there. They used certified Samsung parts, provided a 6 month warranty and a new battery. All of the employees were super nice, in good spirits, conversational, helpful and well trained (Certified technicians, I noticed and discussed the documentation on the wall with Chris).
