"I called ahead to several places for a price check on a cell phone screen repair, and We Fix It Phone Repair aka (Batteries Plus Bulbs) were completive and closely priced to other locations. The manager checked while I was on the phone to make sure they had the part, and said they wanted to see it with their own eyes and not just with computer log. When I arrived, Chris did the same and double checked again before I left that the part was there. They used certified Samsung parts, provided a 6 month warranty and a new battery. All of the employees were super nice, in good spirits, conversational, helpful and well trained (Certified technicians, I noticed and discussed the documentation on the wall with Chris). I was in when several other customers entered the store and everyone was greeted right away and given person attention. I also noticed that they worked as a team. In the future I would make them my first call and recommend them."
