"Very bad customer service. I dont even have his name, he only has long hair and barely says a word because he never cared to say hello or anything. My mom went to repair her apple watch and initially it would take 3 days to repair then two weeks went by and they finally told her it couldn’t be fixed and gave the watch back damaged (the screen was hanging from the watch), the only thing this guy did was stick it back on with glue and returned it to us angry. Thanks for the attitude"
"We just got the worst service ever. My mom had to wait for more than 2 weeks for her smartwatch, and today, a really rude guy gave the device back disassembled. His attitude with my mom was the worst. I spoke to him on the phone, and he didn't even let me speak. He said he was going to glue the watch. He said he didn't work there, lots of excuses for a terrible experience, worst customer service ever, and I do not recommend anyone to bring their devices here."
