"Did everything possible to test, diagnose, and resolve the problem with out dryer. I have dryer vent cleaned every year, but apparently that company did not dig deep enough. Mr.Appliance climbed up into the attic and up on the roof to find the problem and clear it. The clog was near the roof vent, after all. The dryer works great now."

"Have a GE Profile Dbl Wall Oven with an extended warranty. The oven stopped working (on 9/29/23 - blank screen) so we called Epic, our warranty provider, who designated Mr. Appliance as the service provider. Service call by tech on 10/4/2023. Tech determined the oven needed a new circuit board which needed to be ordered. This was out of stock at GE in the US and had to be ordered from ???.. The repair took six weeks to approve (10 days) and get parts and was scheduled for install 11/22/23. After the tech (same tech on 10/4) installed the part(s), I was told there was no power going to the oven (and there was nothing he could or would do to help diagnose the electrical problem). Issue #1. Why didn't the tech tell us there was a power issue on 10/4 so we could get an electrician in to resolve the issue before the part(s) arrived? Issue #2. The tech literally walked away with our oven still dead and no resolution other than to tell me to get an electrician after 7 weeks without the oven. Note: the tech left so quickly he forgot his oven dolly and had to come back after Thanksgiving to retrieve it. Issue #3. If the oven had no power on 10/4, how was the tech able to diagnose the circuit board issue? &, even if he could he had to know the oven wouldn't work when he installed the new parts!!!!! Mr. Appliance is defending their employee and not owning up to the mismanagement of the repair...... While it is NOT Mr. Appliance's fault the parts were out of stock (long delay), they dropped the ball in customer relationship management."

"I attempted to contact this company to get my SubZero mini Fridge serviced or repaired. I also mentioned it needed to be cleaned which is apparently a no no and I was immediately told we do not clean appliances. I tried explaining to Trish (the woman i spoke with) that I would be more than happy to clean the parts myself, and all needed was a technician to take apart the fridge and put it back together. After checking with her manager she informed me that the manager gave her a “resounding no”. One star. Do better Trish"
