"Above average $$$. Clean install. Unit did not cool well. Condensation line leaked. Unit froze up 3X since installed. Could not get them to service it under warranty. They then wanted to charge me for a service call as it was past 1yr however issues were from beginning. I prefer to Pay someone more reliable. Last, I paid $199 for a permit but they never pulled one. I would NOT recommend at all."

"Our 1989 apartment was renovated. Part of the work involved replacement of about 15 tired, old various sized vents throughout. Evid’s team measured each and the company installers replaced all of them. The reno is completed and the new vents and air intakes have very positively changed the look of the apartment. They’re busy and they come through."
