"I've used Mr Appliance previously, and also previously referred family to them. I doubt this will happen again. After an expensive service call (which I understood to be the case) to diagnose the issue we decided to proceed with the fix - replacing a control board in a fridge. After paying a deposit for said replacement we decided to just replace the older fridge and cancel the board replacement. I understand "restocking fees" and would have been happy with any sort of refund of service not rendered. 4 weeks later and I'm still getting the run around. If reading this review, do not pay a deposit for service unless you are 100% sure you want to proceed. You will not be refunded your deposit."

"We have more than one home and used this company after receiving an ad , at Oviedo Fl property . The project was not done, the appliance man misdiagnosed and it’s cost us an extra 1400. The phone rep ( Charmaine ) would not let my husband get a word in. She over-talks on the entire call which is rude towards the customer. Charmaine refused to give owner/ manager name and yes it is Emily West it is discoverable on social media and county records. This was a small problem that has turned into a big problem due to the conversation with Charmaine. Being rude or evasive with customers inspires lack of confidence in your business services. Shady practices are illegal . I would give zero stars and dispute with our credit card company as this was more of a rip off . Very unprofessional company. BEWARE.. Not a good review due to the lack of transparency starting at the bottom. Avoid this place ."
