"If I could give zero stars, I would. Their plumber was working in the condo upstairs. He flooded our condo. That was 5 nights ago. So far, NE FL Contractors and Maintenance has refused to do anything about the water dripping from our kitchen ceiling and all the other water damage, even though they have a Maintenance division who could do the work. I get a different excuse every day from Erica, their manager. She never calls when she says she will, forcing me to call repeatedly. Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest and incompetent."

"GREAT service. Highly recommend. We had been having an issue with slow toilet flushing, kitchen sink issues and what brought them out this time was gurgling in the tub. Well Aaron found the culprit. It was a pencil that was probably in our toilet for about 6 months or so. We could not figure out why the toilets kept stopping up. Soooooo happy he found the issue and fixed it. Great company"
