"Denis(Owner) Dimitri (Tech) very professional and courteous. Came out same day I called about Fridge not getting cold. Diagnosed the issue and discussed parts and labor which seemed reasonable. Dimitri was personable and even apologized for his English. Per Denis, Tech will have to come back in 3 to 5 business days to complete job. So far so Good. Will update once job is complete, hopefully next week."

Explained the process since the parts needed to be ordered, paid for the parts then explained the time frame for the parts to come in and when he will be back to install it. He came back as promised, installed it and received payment for the installation. I was very happy with the service and our fridge is working well again. I would recommend using them."
